RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Bunti Shop hopes that you are happy with the product you have received. As quite some efforts are put in describing and photographing all products. Colours may vary on different screens.

In case you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund or exchange only for products purchased online. 

Products on sale/discount can unfortunately not be returned. 

All returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still on. Bunti Shop is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling/import charges when products are returned from outside of India. In case of a lost parcel when returning a product, Bunti Shop cannot be held responsible for the loss.

*In case the package you receive comes tampered, does not meet your

expectations, or if it appears damaged before delivery, please refuse the package and inform our customer care immediately.

While creating an account as a new customer some personal information has to be given. Your privacy will be respected and only the required information to process the shipment of your order will be collected. No information will be shared with a third party.
